TSP TAIYO Inc and its affiliated companies (hereinafter "the Company") recognize that customers’ personal information used in the planning and production of events, designing and constructing of venues and the managing of operations is important private information. The Company handles personal information in accordance with relevant laws and internal regulations established for personal information protection, and has established an organizational system for the proper protection of personal information out of respect for our customers and to live up to their expectations and faith in us.
Acquisition, use and provision of personal information
The Company specifies the usage purpose of personal information within the scope of our business activities, and acquires, uses and provides personal information fairly and appropriately to the extent necessary to achieve that purpose. In addition, the Company takes measures to prevent the use of acquired personal information for purposes other than the intended purpose.
Compliance with laws and regulations
The Company complies with laws and regulations regarding personal information, national guidelines, other norms and social order, and endeavors to appropriately protect personal information.
Appropriate management of personal information
The Company recognizes the danger of unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification or leakage etc. of the personal information we handle, implements reasonable security measures, and takes appropriate corrective measures in the event of a problem.

6.Procedure for disclosure etc.
Regarding retained personal data, the Company responds promptly to disclosure requests from the person himself/herself (notification of usage purpose, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion, suspension of use, erasure and suspension of provision to third parties, records of provision to third parties). Disclosure requests are responded to within a reasonable period and scope following confirmation that the person making the request is the individual himself/herself or his/her agent.
7.Point of contact and method of reception for disclosures etc.
For requests for disclosure etc. of retained personal data, please contact the following point of contact. Once you contact us, we will send you the Company’s prescribed request form for the disclosure etc. of retained personal data by mail, fax or email. Please fill in the contents and enclose the necessary documents and return the form by mail or email (postage fees are to be borne by the requester). Following confirmation that the requester is the individual himself/herself or his/her agent, we will respond to the desired disclosure method accordingly.
